1. What is the standard processing time?

Ready to ship units are available immediately for pickup and are shipped the very next business day. Custom units processing takes up to 7-10 business days. If our processing exceeds our standard processing time, we will inform our Queen in advance.

2. Are wig units refundable?

All custom units are final sale.

3. How do I measure my head for a custom wig?

You will need a soft vinyl measuring tape for correct measurements. Measuring tape can be found at your local dollar store.

4. What kind of hair is used to create the units?

All units are created with raw hair.

5. How many bundles are used to create the units?

For units 12-16, 2 bundles. Units that are 18in+ 3-4 bundles are used.

6. How long is shipping?

Shipping is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed and completed. We do offer priority shipping which is 2-3 business days.
